Account details: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, profession and the exams you are preparing for.

Study data: the questions you answer, your answers, time taken, bookmarks, notes, flags and feedback.

Security data: the device you registered (a random identifier stored in a cookie and a description of your browser), IP address, login times and security events such as failed logins.

Payment data: the plan, amount, date and payment reference returned by SSLCOMMERZ. We don't receive your full card number.

To run your account, show your progress and weak areas, and send emails you need, such as sign-up codes, password resets and device-reset notices.

To protect the question bank and your account: enforcing the one-device rule, stopping shared or automated use, and investigating abuse.

To improve questions, using anonymous statistics such as how many students answer each question correctly.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to recognise your registered device. We don't use advertising cookies.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run MediUstad (hosting, email delivery and SSLCOMMERZ for payments), or when the law requires it.

We keep your account and study data while your account is open. Security and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for security, accounting and legal reasons.
